Once you complete the course, please, make sure that ALL lessons marked as complete. This will trigger your Course Certificate to appear on your Dashboard on the right side. You can download it from there.

You'll hear back from your teacher within one business day (Monday-Friday). For example, if you turn in work on Friday, you'll hear back from your teacher the following Monday.

Our teachers don't work on weekends and major banking holidays in the US, such as Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day.

If 24 hours have passed since you turned in work or messaged your teacher, and it's not a U.S. banking holiday or weekend, send a message to your teacher. You can also send an email to [email protected]. 

Don't wait longer than a day or so before sending a second message. It's possible that a submission notification was accidentally deleted from your teacher's email. They'll want to hear from you!

On the other hand, don't send repetitive messages to your teacher at once. Each message you send appears as an email notification in your teacher's inbox. It's important not to spam your teacher. 

That means you don't have access to the next lesson yet. First, check to make sure you submitted your last assignment correctly. If you've done so and haven't heard back from your teacher in a timely manner, send them a message.

If you have forgotten your login, click Forgot Password on the login page and we will send a password reset link to your email inbox.

You can then reset your password by clicking the link in the email!

Log into your account through the site login page. To navigate to the login page, please, click on the LOGIN in the top right and select STUDENT LOGIN, or click on the following link www.writingrockstars.com/login

Reset your password and/or ensure you are using the correct email address (the one used to create your account). 

You can find the products you purchased in your library once you log in to your account.

• After logging in, click on the Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
• Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
• Click Update next to the currently listed credit card.
• Complete the prompt to enter the updated card information.
• Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes.

To see how much you are being billed, start by logging into your account.

• After logging in, click on the Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
• Next, select the Purchase History tab.
